Two places on this site use AI:
If you use the microphone (voice mode) on the Ask Meerkat AI widget, your audio is captured by your browser, transcribed, and sent through our N8N pipeline along with the resulting text. Both the audio file and the transcript are stored in our private Notion workspace. We use the audio to study the AI's accuracy and tone — never for marketing or third-party sharing.
You can use the text-only mode if you'd rather not be recorded. No microphone access is requested unless you press the mic button.
If you become a Voice AI client, you're responsible for complying with applicable call recording laws in your jurisdiction (one-party consent, two-party consent, etc.). We provide the tooling and a configurable disclosure prompt. Texas (where Meerkat is based) is a one-party consent state, but your callers may live in two-party consent states — so the default Meerkat configuration discloses the AI and the recording at the start of the call.
Anything you ask the AI or send to Meerkat is yours. You can request a copy or deletion of any of your data by emailing greg@meerkat-llc.com. We don't train public AI models on your conversations.
AI-generated answers may be inaccurate or out of date. For anything financial, legal, or business-critical, talk to Greg directly. The AI is a fast first pass — Greg is the final word.
